PayPal is our exclusive payment gateway, as it easily manages automatic monthly renewals. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be required to create one in order to process your Greta Rose Basic Monthly Membership.
PayPal will store your credit card information. Greta Rose Agency will not have access to your credit card information. We will be notified when your monthly payment is complete, or if it not completed we will be notified that it was not successful. You can adjust your notifications from within your PayPal account, if you would like to receive monthly notifications from them.
Upon successful sign up, you will be automatically billed via PayPal for $19.95 on the first of each month. If your initial sign up is after the 1st, your first month will be pro-rated accordingly, and then automatically billed $19.95 on the first of the proceeding month.
Monthly Membership Bundles
On the first of each month, immediately following payment processing, you will receive an email containing information and access to all updated membership benefits. This email, or “bundle”, will instruct you to login to Membership Login at gretarose.com/my-account. Once logged in, you will have full access to any content-restricted areas.
You do not need to wait for the email to access your membership area. The email is just a reminder for you.
Subscription paused or canceled
If you do not receive your monthly email for any reason, please check your subscription status by logging in. If your payments are not successfully transacted, this will pause your membership access until resolved.
You can contact support with any questions at any time.
